Inaba is a province in Shogun: Total War. Located in the southern-central region of Honshu in the northwestern Kansai region, Inaba is a province of minimal economic value, covered in highlands that make it easily defensible but with little land for farms, making it financially unsuitable for agricultural development: the province however does possess natural iron sand deposits, therefore making it an excellent site to build an armoury. In the Sengoku Jidai campaign, it is controlled by the Mori, by the Rebels and Ronin in the 1530, 1550 and 1580 campaigns, and in the Mongol Invasion campaign it is controlled by the Hojo. The province is along a coastline, making it possible to build a port. Castles built in this province will be called Tottori Castle.
Historically, Inaba is a representation of Inaba Province. Today it is part of the Tottori prefecture.
